
COMPASS is a programming system for accounting of route sheets (in international and domestic
traffic).
COMPASS – main functions:
Registration of the main information about the carriage – route, vehicle, driver, starting and end
amount of fuel in the tank, etc.
Registration of refueling along the route – mileage, liters refueled, amounts paid, manner of payment,
invoices, etc.
Registration of road tolls paid along the route – types of tolls, amounts paid, manner of payment,
type of currency, invoices, etc.
Registration of other route-related additional expenses – consumables purchased, spare parts and
repairs abroad, etc.
Automated calculation of the driver’s travel allowance and the fuel economy or overexpenditure.
Automated settlement of the route sheet including accounting for the advance payment allowed
to the driver, a recapitulation of all expenses and calculation of additional amounts to be paid or
the respective payables.
Automated production of miscellaneous information about given periods – fuel in liters and by price,
by route sheets, by vehicles, by drivers, etc.
COMPASS operates in Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista and supports Cyrillic encoding.
